2. The „Malwa” and „Kalina” houses, hereinafter referred to as the Houses, are rented for the period specified in the booking. The minimum rental period is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. The stay day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. the next day.

3. The Guest may not transfer the Houses to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the due fee has not expired.

4. Visitors of Guests who are not covered by the booked reservation may stay in the apartment from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, after prior notification to the owner.

5. The Guest should notify the Host about the occurrence of a defect or damage immediately after its discovery. The Guest is financially liable for any damage caused by him and his accompanying persons.

6. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use electrical appliances in the home that are not the house equipment and potentially are a source of fire – such as electric irons, heaters, etc. Smoking is also forbidden in homes. Fire in the fireplace, which cannot be left open during the Guest’s absence in the room with the fireplace, requires special attention. Exceptional care required from the Guest also applies to the use of decorative lighting, which are all kinds of candles.

7. Houses are insured in terms of their own equipment, it does not include property belonging to guests, this also applies to passenger vehicles.

8. At „Sielska Polana”, the curfew is valid from 22.00 to 7.00.

9. The use of the water equipment and the bathing beach is at the Guest’s own risk.

10. Rubbish and other waste should be placed in dedicated containers located on the property. Waste sorting is obligatory.

11. The guest is obliged to keep the houses tidy and clean, as well as to take all the food from the kitchen and refrigerator, and to put the washed dishes in the kitchen cupboards at the end of the stay.

12. It is forbidden to bring any dishes, food and drinks (especially alcoholic) to the sauna. It is forbidden to pour any liquids on the stove stones, except water (maximum 1 ladle per 5 minutes).

13. All textiles – towels, rugs, bedding should be used only inside the house and in accordance with their intended use, care should be taken to maintain them in a condition that allows the standard washing of dirt.

14. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in the deposit being kept.

Two major rivers, which are well known to the canoeing lovers: Brda and Wda run through this land. It is possible to get by kayak to the Brda river, starting from Studzienice (ca 10 km distance from Prądzonka) through many lakes (among them Kielski lake) and Kłonecznica river. At the entrance to Kielski lake there is a beautiful landscape of Hamer Młyn village with an old sawmill and hundreds of years old oak.

You can meet here a lot of animals: roe-deer, rabbit and wild boar, as well as fox, and if you are lucky also otter, eagle, wood grouse, crane… Not far from Kielski lake there are some national nature sanctuaries: of wild birds, of unique hydrographic system, of peat flora and some others.

The Tucholski Forest is very well known as a treasury of mushrooms and blueberries, the lakes here are rich in fish. Forest paths and tracks are the endless walking and bike routes and you have to pay attention not to get lost…

Great lovers of horses should visit stud in Sominy – a village in ca 10 km distance from Sielska Polana ((http://www.kaszubskibor.pl).

The direct access to lake gives a lot of possibilities of recreation, not only in summer time. Swimming in clear and clean lake, water sports, fishing, sun-bathing, or … skating in winter.

And on the lake shore watch-fire and grill…

June, July, August: PLN 1,550/day: for a stay of up to 4 people, additional persons: PLN 100/person/day.

Other months – price offer on request.

Minimum rental period: 7 days.
Maximum number of guests: 6 people/house.
Payment on the VAT invoice.
Final cleaning paid additionally: PLN 250.

OPERATING COSTS

Are included in the price for the summer period – from June to August, for the remaining months an additional amount will be given in an individual offer.

DOWN PAYMENT

A 20% deposit must be paid by bank transfer, no later than two weeks from the date of booking.

The advance payment is refunded:
- 30 days before the start of your stay, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the advance payment,
- 20 days before the start of your stay, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the advance payment,
- there is no refund of the amount paid within a period shorter than 14 days.
